Can I return or exchange my order if I am not satisfied?

Overview

School photo prints and digital downloads are made to order from your child's individual photographs. They are personalised products, so standard "change of mind" returns like high-street shopping do not usually apply. However, reprints are provided for printing defects or damage in transit when you contact the photographer promptly.

How it works

  • Each order is produced specifically for you — images, crops, and products cannot be resold to another customer.
  • Printing errors (marks, smudges, wrong product) and damage in delivery — contact the photographer with your order number and photos of the issue; a reprint is typically arranged at no extra cost when fault is confirmed.
  • Change of mind (wrong package chosen, dislike the pose, wrong size selected) — contact the photographer to discuss options; a new order may be required rather than a return.
  • Digital downloads — once files are delivered via secure link, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense; ensure you selected the correct images before purchase.
  • Refunds, where offered, are at the photographer's discretion according to their policies and consumer law.

Common issues / Troubleshooting

  • Want to swap size after ordering — contact the photographer immediately; changes may only be possible before production starts.
  • Ordered for wrong child — if production has not begun, the photographer may help; otherwise a new order with the correct proofcard may be needed.
  • Prints look fine but expected different pose — image choice is made at checkout; this is not usually grounds for a free reprint.

Tips

  • Review your basket carefully before payment — made-to-order items are difficult to amend afterwards.
  • Keep packaging and defective prints until your case is resolved.
  • Polite, prompt communication with the photographer achieves the best outcome.

Tip: Made-to-order prints mean your order is produced just for you — contact the photographer promptly if anything arrives damaged or misprinted, and they will arrange a reprint where appropriate.
