Overview
Free delivery to school means your prints are sent in a batch to the school address at no extra postage cost, for your child to bring home. It is the most popular option when you order before the deadline on your proofcard.
How it works
- Select delivery to school (or similar wording) at checkout when it is available.
- Your order is combined with other parents' orders from the same event.
- After printing, the batch is packaged and delivered to the school's address — not your home.
- The school distributes orders to pupils, usually via class teachers or the school office.
- No delivery charge is added to your order when you qualify for free school delivery.
- You must order on or before the free postage date printed on your proofcard to use this option.
Common issues / Troubleshooting
- Option not shown at checkout — you may have passed the free postage deadline; home delivery with a charge will apply instead.
- Child did not bring prints home — check with the teacher or office; orders sometimes collect at school until collected.
- Wrong school selected — school delivery always goes to the event school; contact the photographer immediately if you notice an error on your confirmation.
Tips
- Free school delivery suits most families who do not need prints urgently.
- Ask your child to check with their teacher if classmates have received orders and yours has not.
- Combine siblings' orders in one checkout using Add more proof cards — all can use school delivery together.
Tip: The free postage deadline on your proofcard is the last day to qualify — order a few days early to avoid missing it.
