Overview
How your order arrives depends on the delivery method you chose at checkout. School delivery orders are batched and sent to the school address; home delivery orders are sent directly to you by courier in protective packaging.
How it works
- School batch delivery — prints from many families are produced together, sorted by school, and delivered in bulk to the school address. The school then distributes individual orders to pupils. Packaging is practical for staff to hand out — typically envelopes or small bags per child.
- Home courier delivery — your order is packaged individually in secure, protective packaging designed to prevent bending, moisture damage, and crushing in transit. Parcels are sent via a courier service to the address you entered at checkout.
- Fragile items such as canvases and frames receive additional protection where required.
- Your order confirmation email confirms which delivery method applies to your order.
- Digital downloads are not posted — they are delivered by email link separately from physical products.
Common issues / Troubleshooting
- Damaged parcel on arrival — photograph the packaging and prints, and contact the photographer promptly for a reprint assessment.
- School batch arrived but your child's pack missing — speak to the school office first, then the photographer with your order number.
- Courier left parcel in unsafe location — contact the courier using any tracking details provided; future orders may allow delivery instructions where supported.
Tips
- For home delivery, include a flat number or safe-place note in the address field if your building requires it.
- Inspect prints as soon as you receive them — reporting damage quickly helps arrange reprints.
- Keep packaging until you have checked every item in your order.
Tip: School delivery is handed out at school — ask your child to bring home everything in one go and check the contents match your order confirmation.
