Overview
Delivery times depend on whether you chose free delivery to school or home delivery. Prints are produced after the ordering period batches are processed, so school deliveries often arrive in a single distribution to pupils rather than individually at your door.
How it works
- Free delivery to school — orders placed before the free postage deadline are batched with other parents' orders, printed, and delivered to the school address. This typically takes a few weeks after the ordering deadline, ready for teachers to hand out to pupils.
- Home delivery — orders are printed and sent by courier to the address you entered at checkout. Allow approximately 5–10 working days from when your order is confirmed and processed.
- Digital downloads — not affected by print delivery; download links are emailed separately, usually within about an hour of ordering.
- Busy periods (such as immediately after a deadline) may add a short delay to both methods.
Common issues / Troubleshooting
- School delivery taking longer than expected — schools wait for the full batch to arrive before distributing; ask the school office whether photo orders have been received.
- Home delivery overdue — check your order confirmation for the delivery method, then contact the photographer with your order number.
- Only part of order received — some items may ship separately; check your confirmation email for item details.
Tips
- Order before the free postage deadline if you want school delivery — late orders switch to paid home delivery.
- Keep your order confirmation email until everything has arrived.
- For home delivery, ensure someone can receive the parcel or that your address includes safe-place instructions where the courier allows.
Tip: School delivery is economical but not instant — plan ahead if you need prints for a specific date such as a family occasion.
