Overview
Digital downloads are delivered by email rather than post. In most cases you receive a download link within about an hour of your order being confirmed, though busy periods may cause a short delay.
How it works
- After payment, your order is processed and download files are prepared from the original high-resolution photographs.
- An email is sent to the address you entered at checkout containing secure download links.
- Links use time-limited secure tokens — they work for a set period after the email is sent.
- Open the link on any device — computer, phone, or tablet — to save the JPEG files.
- Digital delivery is independent of print delivery; you may receive downloads before physical prints arrive.
Common issues / Troubleshooting
- No email after an hour — check spam, junk, and promotions folders; add the sender to your safe-senders list.
- Busy season delays — allow up to a few hours after major ordering deadlines before contacting support.
- Wrong email address — compare the address on your order confirmation; contact the photographer to resend if it is incorrect.
Tips
- Save files to your computer, phone gallery, or cloud storage as soon as you download them.
- Do not rely on the email link long term — download promptly while the secure token is valid.
- Prints ordered in the same transaction do not delay the download email.
Tip: Download your files as soon as the email arrives — secure links expire after a limited time, and reissuing links requires contacting the photographer.
