Overview
Your digital download is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. The email contains secure links to download your purchased high-resolution JPEG files. No physical disc or USB is posted.
How it works
- During checkout you enter an email address for order correspondence — downloads go to this same address.
- The email subject line usually references your order or school photos; the sender may be the photographer or the ordering platform.
- Each link points to a secure file hosted for download; you do not need special software — a standard web browser is sufficient.
- You can forward files to family members after you have downloaded them; sharing the original secure link is not recommended for security reasons.
- If you ordered downloads and prints together, expect a separate download email in addition to your print delivery.
Common issues / Troubleshooting
- Email went to work address but you wanted personal — the checkout email is the delivery address; contact the photographer before ordering if you need to change it.
- Link opens on phone but file hard to find — use "Download" or "Save to Files" and note where your device stores downloads.
- Mailbox full — free up space; the photographer can resend once your inbox accepts mail again.
Tips
- Use an email account you access regularly — not one you rarely check.
- Double-check for typos in your email address before completing payment.
- On mobile, use Wi-Fi for large file downloads to avoid data charges.
Tip: Typo in your email? Contact the photographer immediately with your order number — they may be able to resend before the link expires.
