Overview
Download emails sometimes go astray. Most issues are resolved by checking spam folders or confirming the email address on your order. If you still cannot access your files, the photographer can resend your download link.
Step by step
- Wait at least one hour after ordering (longer during very busy periods).
- Search your inbox for keywords such as "download", "order", or the photographer's name.
- Check spam, junk, and promotions folders — automated emails often land there.
- Open your order confirmation email and verify the email address shown is correct.
- Try adding the sender to your safe-senders list and ask the photographer to resend the link.
- Contact the photographer or support team with your order number if the email still does not arrive.
Common issues / Troubleshooting
- Corporate or school email filters — try a personal Gmail, Outlook, or iCloud address for future orders.
- Ordered downloads only — payment failed — downloads are sent only for paid orders; check your bank for a successful charge.
- Link received but expired — request a fresh link from the photographer; save files promptly next time.
Tips
- Whitelist the photographer's domain before ordering if your email provider is strict.
- Do not order again to "get another email" — contact support first to avoid duplicate charges.
- Save downloaded files immediately — do not depend on the link remaining active indefinitely.
Tip: Your order number is on the confirmation email — have it ready when you contact support so they can resend your download link without delay.
