School photo ordering works on most modern devices with an internet connection. You can view photos, build your basket, and complete checkout on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
How it works
- Open the ordering website in a modern web browser — we recommend the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
- Enter your access code on the home page to view your child's gallery.
- Tap or click products to select images, adjust options, and add items to your basket.
- Checkout and payment work on mobile browsers; you do not need to install a separate app.
- Digital download links in your confirmation email can be opened on any device to save files.
Common issues / Troubleshooting
- Page will not load or looks broken — update your browser, clear cached data, or try a different browser.
- Images load slowly — switch to Wi-Fi if you are on a weak mobile signal, or try a device with a larger screen.
- Payment fails on mobile — ensure pop-ups are not blocked and try completing checkout on a desktop computer.
- Older devices — very old phones or browsers may not support modern checkout; use a newer device if possible.
Tips
- A tablet or laptop often gives the best experience when comparing photos and choosing crops.
- Keep your device plugged in or charged — checkout can take several minutes if you are ordering multiple packages.
- Enable JavaScript in your browser; the shop requires it for basket and payment functions.
Tip: For the smoothest checkout, use a stable Wi-Fi connection and a screen large enough to review your image selections before paying.
