Overview
Your child's school photos are available to view and order online using the unique access code printed on their proofcard. You do not need to search by name — the code links you directly to the correct set of images for your child.
Step by step
- Locate your child's proofcard (usually sent home from school after photo day).
- Note the website address printed on the card — this is your school's dedicated ordering site.
- Open the website on a computer, tablet, or smartphone using a modern browser.
- Enter the access code (sometimes called a login code or unique reference) on the home page.
- If a password is shown on the proofcard, enter it when prompted.
- Browse your child's photos and add products to your basket when you are ready to order.
Common issues / Troubleshooting
- Code not accepted — check you have typed every character correctly, including any dashes. Codes are case-sensitive on some sites.
- Wrong child's photos — you may have entered a different code. Double-check the proofcard belongs to your child.
- Website will not load — try another browser or device, and ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- No proofcard — contact your child's school or the photographer named on any correspondence; they can look up your access code.
Tips
- Keep your proofcard safe until you have finished ordering — you may need the code again if you want to add items later.
- If the card includes a QR code, scanning it with your phone camera may take you straight to the ordering site.
- Ordering is usually open for several months after photo day, but free school delivery may have an earlier deadline — check your proofcard.
Tip: If you are unsure of the website address, check the proofcard first, then contact the school office — they can confirm the correct link for your photographer.
