Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Overview

No — you do not need to register for a separate account or create a username and password to order school photos. Access is granted through the access code on your proofcard, and you provide your contact details during checkout.

How it works

  • Visit the school photos website and enter your access code on the home page.
  • Some events also require a password printed on the proofcard — this is not a personal account password, but an extra security step for that event.
  • Browse photos, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout.
  • At checkout you enter your name, email address, delivery address (if applicable), and payment details.
  • After payment, you receive an order confirmation by email — keep this for your records.
  • Returning to order again later? Simply revisit the website and re-enter the same access code; you do not need to "log in" to a stored account.

Common issues / Troubleshooting

  • Asked for a password you do not have — check the proofcard carefully; if it is missing, contact the school or photographer.
  • Cannot find previous orders — use your order confirmation email rather than an account dashboard. There is no parent login area on most sites.
  • Want to order for another child — use Add more proof cards at checkout and enter their separate access code.

Tips

  • Use an email address you check regularly — order confirmations and digital download links are sent there.
  • Double-check your email and delivery address before paying — corrections after ordering may require contacting the photographer.
