Overview
The basket holds everything you intend to buy. You can add multiple products, adjust quantities, and review your order before entering your details and paying at checkout.
Step by step
- Click a product or package in the shop.
- Select images and any options (size, finish, crop) as prompted.
- Click Add to basket.
- Continue shopping or open the basket icon to review your items.
- Change quantities or remove items you no longer want.
- Click Checkout when you are satisfied with your selections.
- Enter contact details, choose delivery, and apply any voucher code.
- Select your payment method and complete payment.
- Wait for the confirmation screen and check your email for the order summary.
Common issues / Troubleshooting
- Basket cleared unexpectedly — sessions time out after inactivity; re-enter your access code and rebuild your basket.
- Cannot apply voucher — check spelling, expiry date, and whether the voucher applies to the products in your basket.
- Checkout button greyed out — ensure all required fields are completed and at least one item is in your basket.
Tips
- Review the basket total including delivery charges before paying.
- If ordering for multiple children, use Add more proof cards before final checkout.
- Keep the confirmation page open until you receive your email confirmation.
Tip: Do not use your browser's back button during payment — wait for the confirmation screen to avoid duplicate charges or incomplete orders.
