Can I mix images from different proofcards in one order?

Overview

Each proofcard represents one child's photographs. You cannot place one child's image on a product belonging to another child's proofcard — for example, you cannot combine siblings on a single print or package.

How it works

  • Every product in your basket is linked to the access code it was added under.
  • Images from Child A's proofcard can only be used on products added while viewing Child A's gallery.
  • Images from Child B's proofcard can only be used on products added while viewing Child B's gallery.
  • You can checkout both children's products in one payment using Add more proof cards — but each child's items remain separate.
  • Group photos and class photos belong to the child on whose proofcard they appear.

Common issues / Troubleshooting

  • Want a family montage — standard school packages do not support mixing children; order separate products for each child or contact the photographer to ask about custom options.
  • Wrong child's face on a product — remove the item from your basket and re-select images from the correct proofcard gallery.

Tips

  • Label mentally which basket items belong to which child before checkout.
  • If ordering for twins or siblings, use Add more proof cards rather than trying to share one access code.

Tip: Think of each proofcard as its own mini-shop — you can pay for several shops at once, but you cannot swap products between them.
