Available products depend on what your school and photographer have set up for the event. Once you enter your access code, the online shop shows everything you can order for your child's photos, with current prices.
How it works
- Prints — individual photographs in sizes such as 7×5, 8×6, 10×8, and larger.
- Print packages — bundled sets at a fixed price (for example, a wallet set plus a large print).
- Canvases and wall art — enlarged displays for home or office.
- Gifts and keepsakes — mugs, keyrings, calendars, and seasonal items where offered.
- Digital downloads — high-resolution JPEG files delivered by email, if your photographer has enabled them.
- Prices, sizes, and product names are shown on screen — there is no separate catalogue to request.
Common issues / Troubleshooting
- Product not listed — the photographer may not offer that item for this event; choices are set per school.
- Group photo missing from a package — some packages only allow portrait images; check product tags or descriptions on screen.
- Prices differ from a friend's school — each school and photographer sets their own price list.
Tips
- Compare package value — bundles are often better value than ordering the same prints individually.
- Look for digital download options if you want files for sharing as well as physical prints.
- Use the on-screen preview to see how each product will look before adding to your basket.
Tip: Popular packages sometimes sell out of stock at the lab — order earlier rather than waiting until the last day of the ordering period.
