Step by step
- Browse your child's gallery after entering your access code.
- Click the product or package you want to order.
- When prompted, tap or click each image you want to include — selected images are usually highlighted.
- Some packages require a fixed number of photos (for example, "choose 4 images") — the screen shows how many you still need to pick.
- Confirm your selection and click Add to basket.
- Review the basket preview — this shows how your chosen images will appear on the finished product.
Common issues / Troubleshooting
- Cannot proceed without selecting enough images — read the package requirements; you must pick the stated number before adding to basket.
- Group photo not selectable for a product — some items are restricted to portrait or individual images only.
- Selected the wrong image — remove the item from your basket and start the product again to re-pick.

- View images full-screen where possible — small thumbnails can hide closed eyes or awkward crops.
