Ordering your child's school photos online is straightforward: log in with your proofcard access code, choose products, and pay securely at checkout. You will receive email confirmation once your order is placed.
Step by step
- Visit the school photos website shown on your proofcard.
- Enter your access code (and password if required).
- Browse your child's photos and click a product or package to begin.
- Select which images to include where prompted, and choose any options such as size or finish.
- Click Add to basket and repeat for any additional items.
- Open your basket, review quantities and selections, then click Checkout.
- Enter your contact details, choose delivery to school or home delivery, and apply any voucher code.
- Complete payment using one of the methods shown at checkout.
- Check your email for the order confirmation and keep it for your records.
Common issues / Troubleshooting
- Cannot add a product — some packages require a specific number of images; follow the on-screen prompts to finish your selection.
- Basket empty after closing the browser — your session may have timed out; re-enter your access code and add items again.
- Payment declined — check card details, available funds, or try another payment method shown at checkout.
Tips
- Order before the free postage deadline on your proofcard if you want free delivery to school.
- Review every item in your basket before paying — school photos are made to order and changes may not be possible afterwards.
- To order for siblings, use Add more proof cards during checkout rather than placing separate payments.
Tip: Take your time choosing images — the preview at checkout is how your prints will look, so zoom in and check each selection carefully.
